读万卷书，行万里路。为让学子走出课堂、亲近本土非遗文化，沉浸式感受河湟大地千年传承的匠艺之美，众多研学团队走进康源湟源陈醋非遗展览馆，开启一场集知识性、趣味性、实践性于一体的醋文化非遗研学之旅。在触摸传统、聆听历史、亲验工艺的过程中，学子们溯源本土文脉，体悟匠心精神。
 
康源湟源陈醋展览馆坐落于丹噶尔古城文脉核心区，是展示青海省级非物质文化遗产、传播河湟特色醋文化的重要实践基地。展馆完整留存三百年湟源青稞陈醋发展脉络，通过老器具实物陈列、历史图文展板、古法工艺复原、场景沉浸式复刻等形式，系统呈现茶马古道文化与高原古法酿醋技艺的交融历程，让抽象的非遗文化变得直观可感、生动可学。
 
研学课堂正式开启后，讲解员带领同学们有序参观展馆。从清乾隆年间湟源酿醋技艺的起源发展，到高原独有青稞原料、雪山矿泉的稀缺价值；从“六十道古法手工工序”，到非遗核心技艺“夏伏晒、冬捞冰”，讲解员用通俗易懂的语言，拆解传统酿醋的奥秘。学子们认真聆听记录，近距离观察百年老陶缸、传统木匣、古法淋醋池等老旧器具，对比现代工业酿造与非遗古法工艺的差异，深刻理解“慢工艺、真匠心”的传统内核。
 
纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行。本次研学打破单一讲解模式，设置沉浸式体验环节。同学们近距离观摩青稞原料甄选、固态发酵、自然淋醋、晒露陈酿的完整流程，亲手触摸酿醋原材料、观察醋醅发酵状态，品鉴琥珀色青稞老醋的独特风味，真切感受湟源陈醋“绵、酸、香、甜、醇”的五层独特口感。在动手、观形、闻香、尝味的多维体验中，读懂高原风物孕育的独特味觉文化。
 
研学尾声，师生们围绕非遗传承、传统工艺保护、本土产业发展展开交流探讨。大家纷纷表示，此次研学跳出课本局限，不仅系统了解了湟源陈醋的千年历史、非遗工艺与养生价值，更读懂了老一辈匠人坚守初心、精益求精、久久为功的工匠精神。
 
以研促学，以行传承。康源湟源陈醋展览馆将持续发挥非遗科普、研学实践阵地作用，常态化承接中小学、青少年研学及团建活动，让更多青少年走进非遗、了解非遗、热爱非遗，让流淌在河湟大地的千年醋韵生生不息，让传统匠心精神代代相传。
