近日，青海特色非遗品牌湟源康源青稞陈醋与本地人气餐饮IP谢老师排骨馆达成深度跨界联名合作，以“古法匠心赋能烟火美食”为核心，打造文旅特产与市井餐饮融合新样板，让千年高原醋香走进百姓餐桌，让地道家常菜焕发全新风味活力。
 
湟源康源青稞陈醋，根植丹噶尔古城深厚的河湟文化底蕴，依托湟源陈醋展览馆的文化展示与技艺传承优势，坚守高原青稞古法酿造工艺。依托高海拔纯净水土、甄选优质高原青稞，搭配天然草本食材，历经六十余道古法工序陶缸慢酿而成，以酸香醇厚、柔和回甘、去腥解腻的独特优势，成为青海极具代表性的国家地理标志产品与非遗风味名片。
 
谢老师排骨馆深耕本地餐饮市场多年，凭借匠心调味、稳定品质与亲民口碑，积累了大批忠实食客，是大众熟知的市井美食IP。招牌焖排骨以肉质软烂、酱香浓郁、老少皆宜的特点，成为本地极具辨识度的特色家常菜。
 
本次双IP跨界联名，是传统文化非遗产品+民生特色餐饮的创新融合，打破了传统特产与线下餐饮的行业壁垒。双方深度共创，专属打造联名限定·古法青稞老醋焖排骨特色菜品。区别于普通米醋调味，新品全程采用湟源康源青稞陈醋进行腌制、焖煮、提香收尾，利用高原老醋柔和的酸度软化肉质、分解肉腥，锁住排骨原汁原味，同时融入青稞谷物醇香与淡淡草本清香，成品色泽红亮、酥烂脱骨、酸甜适口、肥而不腻，风味层次全面升级。
 
除限定联名菜品外，双方同步推出联名定制款湟源康源青稞陈醋伴手礼，实现“到店尝鲜、带走留香”的双向消费体验。同时开启双向流量联动，湟源陈醋展览馆展示联名菜品文化，门店同步陈列非遗醋文化介绍，让游客懂工艺、让食客懂底蕴，实现文旅文化与市井美食的双向赋能。
