  以技筑匠心，以赛兴产业，以品传文脉。7月3日，西宁市第九届职工职业技能大赛暨湟源县第三届职工职业技能大赛在丹噶尔古城隆重启幕。本次大赛聚焦劳模精神、劳动精神与工匠精神传承，深耕职工技能提升，赋能河湟非遗文化活态传承与地方特色产业升级。湟源康源青稞老醋有限公司携核心特色产品康源青稞陈醋惊艳亮相赛事特色展出环节，以匠心好品展现湟源传统酿造技艺魅力，助力本土特色产业品牌出圈。
  本次大赛由西宁市总工会、市人社局及湟源县相关部门牵头承办，整合院校、企业、文旅多方优质资源，是西宁市、湟源县规格高、覆盖面广、影响力大的职工技能标杆赛事，不仅为技能人才搭建了竞技交流平台，更为本地非遗技艺、特色产业搭建了展示、推广、交流的优质窗口。依托丹噶尔古城浓厚的河湟文化底蕴，本次赛事聚焦非遗活化与产业融合，让传统技艺走出工坊、走进大众视野。
  展出现场，康源青稞陈醋凭借独特的地域特色、古法工艺与醇厚品质，成为本次赛事特色展区的亮眼焦点。作为湟源本土特色非遗酿造产品，康源青稞陈醋立足青海本地青稞优质原料，坚守传统固态发酵工艺，历经多道古法工序精酿而成。产品摒弃工业速成酿造模式，传承湟源百年陈醋酿造匠心，兼具青稞的谷物清香与陈醋的醇厚酸爽，风味独特、营养纯粹，完美诠释了本土原料、古法匠心、地域特色的产品核心优势，充分展现了河湟大地传统酿造技艺的深厚底蕴。
  展出期间，往来参赛选手、市民游客、行业嘉宾纷纷驻足观摩、品鉴交流。工作人员现场细致讲解康源青稞陈醋的原料甄选、酿造工序、工艺传承及产品特色，全方位展示品牌坚守匠心品质、传承非遗技艺、深耕本土产业的发展理念。地道的口感、纯正的品质、悠久的工艺文化，收获了现场众人的一致好评与认可，让更多人深入了解湟源陈醋非遗文化，看见青海本土特色农副产品的匠心实力。
