活化非遗文脉，赋能文旅融合。近日，坐落于丹噶尔古城核心文旅板块的湟源陈醋展览馆正式揭牌开放。展馆由湟源康源青稞老醋有限公司倾力打造，立足河湟千年醋文化底蕴与古城茶马商贸历史，以非遗传承、技艺展示、文化科普、沉浸式体验为一体，成为丹噶尔古城全新的特色文化地标，进一步丰富了湟源非遗文旅业态，擦亮“湟源陈醋”特色地域文化品牌。
 
丹噶尔古城地处黄土高原与青藏高原交汇地带，是唐蕃古道、茶马古道上的重要商贸枢纽，数百年商贾荟萃、民俗交融，孕育了独具特色的河湟风物文化。湟源陈醋作为青海本土代表性非遗技艺、百年特色产业，根植古城沃土、传承明清酿造古法，依托高原洁净水土、优质青稞杂粮原料，经传统工艺精工陈酿，以风味纯正、醇香绵长的高原特色，成为西北极具辨识度的地理特色风物，承载着一代代河湟人的匠心与记忆。
 
为系统保护、传承和传播湟源陈醋古法酿造技艺，让传统产业与古城文旅深度共生，湟源康源青稞老醋有限公司立足本土产业优势，精心打造专属主题展览馆。展馆整体建筑风格与古城明清风貌浑然一体，古韵雅致、氛围厚重，内部科学分区、系统展陈，设有历史溯源区、古法技艺区、高原原料区、文创品鉴区四大功能板块，全方位、立体化呈现湟源陈醋的百年发展脉络与非遗匠心工艺。
 
在历史溯源区，展馆以珍贵史料、老作坊物件、图文纪实等形式，完整梳理湟源陈醋从明清民间作坊、茶马商贸流通，到标准化、品牌化发展的完整历程，清晰展现醋产业与丹噶尔古城商贸兴衰、民俗发展深度绑定的历史渊源，让游客读懂河湟醋文化的千年底蕴。
 
古法技艺区为展馆核心特色展区，完整复原湟源陈醋传统酿造全流程，生动展示选料、蒸煮、糖化、发酵、淋醋、晒醋、陈酿等全套古法工序，直观呈现非遗技艺的严谨标准与传承价值。同时，展区重点解读高原气候、昼夜温差、天然水土对陈醋风味的独特赋能，突出青稞酿造陈醋的差异化特色与本土产业优势，让非遗技艺可观赏、可读懂、可溯源。
 
相较于传统静态陈列展馆，本次落成的湟源陈醋展览馆创新文旅体验模式，打造“观、学、品、购、游”一站式沉浸式体验场景。游客可实地了解非遗历史、观摩传统工艺、品鉴陈酿原醋风味，近距离感受高原老醋的独特品质。同时，展馆集中展示康源系列陈醋产品、特色调味产品及古城专属醋文创伴手礼，推动传统调味品向地域文旅IP、特色文创礼品升级，有效拓宽湟源陈醋文化传播路径。
